Our Story

At Capri Development, we believe successful projects are built on strong relationships, clear leadership and trust earned over time.

We develop property across Auckland, with a focus on thoughtful development, quality design and creating places that deliver lasting value.

We take a considered approach to every opportunity — from identifying the right sites and understanding their potential, through to planning, design, development and completion.

Capri Development brings confidence, clarity and a long-term perspective to the development process.

We work closely with architects, planners, consultants, contractors, investors and trusted partners to bring each project together as one aligned team. Our focus is on creating well-designed, functional and enduring property that works for the people who live, work and invest in it.

For us, development is about more than simply creating property. It’s about understanding the potential of a place, responding to its surroundings and creating something that adds genuine value to the people and communities around it.

Because when people choose to work with Capri Development, or buy something we’ve created, they become part of a vision built around developing property properly.
